REFUND POLICY

We will be glad to replace a defective item for you. The item will be replaced with the exact print, colour & size of the original item that it is replacing. The shipping charge will be waived on replacements. We do not offer refunds due to customer remorse or the wrong size being purchased. Please review sizing information before you place an order.

Billions of pounds of waste is created annually due to reverse shipping. We strongly encourage you to read our product descriptions and care instructions thoroughly and to make well-educated purchasing decisions. If you have any questions, please email us prior to purchasing.

REPLACING DEFECTIVE GOODS

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us at info@localmerchco.ca. Failure to contact Local Merch Co. first can result in you forfeiting both a refund and the product shipped back to us.

If you received defective products, save all contents and packing material and contact us within 10 business days of the packages delivery. To ensure a speedy customer service response please provide:
